From 13 to 15 October in Nuremberg, the company showcased its gas detection and monitoring solutions, with a special focus on the refrigeration sector
Tecnocontrol was a key participant at Chillventa 2026, the leading international trade fair dedicated to refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump technology, held from 13 to 15 October at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre.
With more than 50 years of experience, Tecnocontrol develops and manufactures highly specialised gas detection and combustion analysis systems and devices in Italy. The company has become a trusted supplier in the petrochemical, thermal and industrial sectors, with particular expertise in gas analysis and detection. This extensive know-how, built up over decades, has been translated into a product portfolio designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial and professional applications, with products entirely designed and manufactured in Italy.
At Chillventa, particular attention was given to the GDR450, a professional refrigerant gas detector designed to provide reliable and flexible monitoring within refrigeration systems. The device features a replaceable sensor, IP67 protection rating, colour display and integrated alarm, as well as analogue outputs, Modbus RS485 communication and configurable relays. Alongside the GDR450, Tecnocontrol also showcased its range of GDS 700-800 gas detectors, solutions designed for gas detection and developed to meet different safety and system monitoring requirements.
The company's exhibition presence was completed by its range of gas control panels, systems designed for the management of gas detection installations and available in different configurations according to the size and characteristics of the installation.
Tecnocontrol's participation in Chillventa represented an important opportunity to highlight the evolution of its gas detection solutions and, in particular, the contribution that reliable technologies and advanced monitoring systems can make to the safety of refrigeration and air conditioning installations.
